Jason & Sam

The BTHub gives (as I understand it) a WiFi facility for other BT users in the locality. If this is correct, is it possible that excessive use of this facility might be draining the connection power of the host BTHub. Maybe my comment is a "red herring" but I would be interested to know if it might have an effect, or is irrelevant.

I mention this as I occasionally lose my BTHub4 TV connection, but have attributed this to weather conditions as i am on edge of reception area. But I do not understand why this should affect my internet connection, which connects through the BT infinity telephone line

I’m sure you have but have you tried rebooting the BT Hub?

Yeah, eventually I was forced to ring them and amazingly they took my word for it I had done all that stuff. Turns out the line is faulty haha. But they did say if it turns out I've damaged it, it's 130 quid so cross your fingers for me (I don't trust them).

I have a tiny trickle of net. In some ways, it's worse than none...;)
