It's pretty easy with a draytek, and you don't need a special client for osx or iPhones. It's all built in to the system settings.
You want to look for a setting or tick box along the lines of "send all traffic" and turn that on to achieve what you are trying to do. I think it's default on for phones and default off in computers. Turn it on and see what happens, draytek are well supported on their website too.
