Great. Thanks Toby. I'm away at the moment but will give this a shot
when I get back.

It's pretty easy with a draytek, and you don't need a special client
for osx or iPhones. It's all built in to the system settings.
You want to look for a setting or tick box along the lines of "send
all traffic" and turn that on to achieve what you are trying to do. I
think it's default on for phones and default off in computers.
Turn it on and see what happens, draytek are well supported on their
website too.

We're often away for a week or so and we source Internet connections
wherever we are.
The root access and FTP access to our clients website hosting servers
are all protected and tied to the fixed IP we have when at home. So,
to access the servers from anywhere else, we need to get our hosting
company to change the allowed IP addresses each time we move on. We
also 'tunnel' to the UK, using 'Tunnelbear' to fool iPlayer so that we
can grab specific TV programmes. This all works fine but could
probably be easier, because ...
Its dawned on me that I have the fixed IP in the UK (with Zen) and
that we leave our Vigor 2850n switched on. I've never done this but it
looks like I can set up a VPN account on the 2850n, tunnel through to
that from wherever we are in the world, and then access everything on
the Net as if we are at home.
Who's done this?
What client (if necessary) do you use on your Apple computer to set up
and use the VPN?
What app on an iPhone or iPad will do this too?
Thanks everyone ... Graham
