This kind of thing is very difficult at a distance. You need to provide
what will seem like frustrating levels of detail: are you
double-clicking on them? Are you opening them within Pages/Keynote? What
does 'can't open' mean in practice? Is this an error message? Nothing
happens? Does the beachball spin?
