Since about last Friday my Messages app seems to have got corrupted and all I get is the spinning beachball and end up having to Force Quit. This is on a mid 2011 MBA running Yosemite. Still opens OK on a 2008 iMac running 10.10 and on an iPhone 4. Can I trash the app and drag it back from a time machine back up from pre-Friday although I may have done a Time Machine backup and a Superduper smart uodate since Friday. Nick
