Hi folks I have a late 2011 MBP 13". Recently, when I try to wake from sleep with it plugged in to my external monitor, the external won't wake, and the MBP screen will go through a sequence of coloured screens. After a few tries and cable waggles (technical term) it is fine. It don't recall it happening when not plugged in to the external monitor.
Is my video card on the blink, or perhaps just the cable to the external? If the former, that sounds serious and expensive?! Any experienced tips?
