A rectangular red box appeared on the screen telling me to shut down the computer using the button on the back, and then restart it again. The message was in several languages including an oriental one and there was no indication why, or where it was from. It left me no choice as the screen and cursor was frozen. My Sophos antivirus has not indicated anything wrong. I've restarted and all seems to be OK. Anyone know what this is all about? Thank you. John Nixon
