Hi John

That sounds like a kernel panic, although it doesn’t usually show up in a red 
box. It just means an unrecoverable crash happened and the system had to be 
restarted. Once in a blue moon isn’t a cause for concern but if it happens 
regularly then it might warrant some diagnosis
