Try the following commands in Terminal : 

sudo launchctl unload -w 
/System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.discoveryd.plist

Push return and type your password in, then : 

sudo launchctl load -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.discoveryd.plist

Push return
