Hi. My sisters and I are trying to get my 86 year old mother to use facetime on her iPad. But, it needs to be called using her email address. However, whenever I try to place a facetime call to her, it seems to go to her iphone by default as it always calls the mobile number. Can I make it call using her email address - or is the ipad essentially useless for her to receive calls? She much prefers the larger screen as her eyesight isn't brilliant...
