Hi Andrew

Try adding her email address to her contact in your address book, then tap the 
FaceTime video/audio buttons next to the email address instead of the phone. 
You could also try adding her mobile number into the iPad Settings app > 
Messages section, if that’s possible, then her iPad will ring when her mobile 
is FaceTimed.
