Thanks - I did see that before I posted but it made no sense to me - the
download links wanted me to install google drive???
I asked the sender if they could send me a docx version but they seem to
have no more idea than I have - it must be me - life seems to be getting
progressively harder instead of easier! I must have got to that certain
age...
