make sure everything is set to send from the phone number rather than
the email address.
I get this with someone -- randomly they go to the email address (ie
iPad in this case). Turning it all off in the settings of every device
and then on again, and ensuring everything has 'send from +44 etc' in
the settings seems to - mostly - fix it.
Can't be sure it'll work though. The system does seem to get clogged...
