Hi Benjamin There wasn’t a screenshot attached, but have you tried rebuilding the mailbox? Select the mailbox then go to the Mailbox menu > Rebuild, just make sure you have a decent backup first.
If it’s an IMAP account then you could just delete the account and re-set it up, that usually helps.
