Thanks for the tips. iOS9 installed very easily, and must say I think it's brilliant!
It feels much more polished than 8 ever did on my device. The 'SanFran' system font looks great - and the keyboard more reliable with the caps/CAPS letters. Little tweaks all over the place that seem to make using it more intuitive, more helpful, and generally smoother all round. Safari was fine before, it's super quick now. My Mini 2 can only do Slide Over, and that's great too - brilliant for small things like checking diary whilst replying to an email. Before it was a couple of taps away, now a simple slide into view. Most helpful. The tweaks to Mail and Notes are also welcome, and so too transit details for Maps. Oh, and Siri is quicker than ever, more helpful, and seems to know more, but maybe she sat exams over the summer too?! All in all, no complaints at all. A free OS update that really gives a new lease of life to a several years old iPhone.
