Thank you for continuing to be helpful.

Compared to your screenshot, on the second line Derek only has “Copy”, “Print” 
and “More” – the latter opens to only two options: “Copy” and “Print” (both of 
which appear to be inactive).

He does not have “Quick Look” or “Save Image”, as shown on your email. It looks 
as though it may not have finished downloading 9.0.2. Perhaps Derek should try 
re-downloading the upgrade.
