Hi all, Is there a product anyone can recommend for this process. I’ve had a look around and so far the one that appeals most is Mail Extractor Max from http://www.uslsoftware.com/
Does anyone have any other thoughts, especially if they are a bit cheaper … My plan (in case anyone is curious) is to archive my emails apart from those in the current year. They are currently archived, but all in a curious format which is not spotlight searchable by the fabulous HoudahSpot, whereas .emlx files are intelligently searchable. At they moment they are accessed via EagleFiler which has them in some curious format but can export them as .mbox … after which I can convert them all to .emlx and ditch EagleFiler which I find clunky. It would be loads better to use HoudahSpot for the same purpose. :-) Cheers for any help, Stephen "The costs are such that my department is not so much the department of energy and climate change, as the department of nuclear legacy and bits of other things," - Chris Hune, June 2010 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Sussex Mac User Group" group.
