Well, I remember buying that iPod which served me well until I replaced it with a 2nd gen iPod touch - it even survived being thrown out of a loft when its central button, dial and spring fell onto the floor. I just pushed them all back in again and it kept going as before. Robust!
Jason's recollection jells with my own. I'd forgotten about SUMO so thanks for that, we met there many times. We also met at the Caxton Arms in North Gardens I think. I'm sure it was on someone's black PowerBook there that I first saw Photoshop demonstrated and thought it was like SciFi! It's a credit to the willingness to help and the friendliness of everyone that we are still running along after so many years. Thanks to each and everyone of you, and especially to Sam who really is extraordinarily knowledgable and generous with it as well as his time. 🙂 May we all continue for as long as we are needed and able.
