Hi Smuggers I bought my wife an iPhone 7 plus (outright) for Christmas (lucky girl!).
But she can’t send emails (she can receive them). They get stuck in the out box. She can still send emails from her Mac. The thing that may have caused this complication is that previously she had taken over our daughter’s iPhone 5 and EE transferred the ownership over from the old to this new phone, now she seems to have a mixture of her and our daughter's phone numbers. That’s not an issue because we can delete the unwanted numbers, I only mention it in case it indicates the problem. My wife is happy the delete all data on her phone and start again, with a blank phone, if we can find out how to do it. My wife has her own Mac laptop. Suggestions welcomed.
