I think it refers to the ability to reset your OS X password via your appleID,
and the ability to connect to your Mac for file sharing (if it's on) using your
appleID instead of your normal OS X username and password

Morning Smuggers

Just noticed something.... When I go to System Prefs > Users and Groups, my
Apple ID hasn't been set to my user profile.

Thing is, it all works fine with the App Store etc, and my iCloud account is
setup too.

Should I set it in the user profile too? What am I missing by not having it all
there?!?!

Seems like a newbie question, just never ever noticed it before and yet thought
it was all setup from day 1....

Cheers

Adam
