Thank you boys.... I had tried with the Canon Connect app in the past without success. That's why I was trying to see if I could use the camera's alleged NFC functionality. I have now successfully operated the Canon Connect app (newly downloaded version). I really must remember to use that Internet thingy, Russell.......
