Phil, I am puzzled by your problem with one router for four floors. We have three floors and only one router – Technicolor TG582 Pro – and have no problems at all. Furthermore, our neighbour, whose house adjoins ours, used our broadband (from her home) while she was waiting for her wifi to be sorted.
