Looks like a faulty graphics card, especially if it’s under high load. I’ve 
recently sent a laptop off to Chris @ VAIO Refurbs in Cumbria for a full 
graphics card replacement, was a 2011 15” MBP which Apple are now refusing to 
fix under the extended warranty anymore. Was £150 for a complete replacement 
with leaded solder.

I’m sure there are other companies out there but I’ve had good experiences with 
this one recently.
