I’ve read this on an Adobe forum but cannot personally vouch for it as I don’t run CS6 ..,
Go to System Preferences > Security > Privacy > Accessibility (left pane) and check "Adobe Photoshop CS6.app" (right pane). That's it, from now on Photoshop CS6 won't crash anymore on macOS Mojave.
