Hi folks
I’ve had impressive results using the amazon kindle conversion in terms of
extracting the document (you email it to a kindle address with ‘convert’ as the
subject). I think you can get a kindle address just by having the app on a
device. Then Calibre does the final step (calibre happily confesses to the
difficulties of converting pdfs)
