Do you have iCloud Keychain enabled?

What’s the name of the keychain it’s trying to access? Should say in the
dialogue box asking for a password.

Christmas Greetings Fellow SMUGers! I have a problem with KeyChain and be
continually told that I don’t have permission to access KeyChain. I do a lot
of self-help at my end but even accessing Apple; I only get spurious answers.
I hope you can help. My Kit is a bran new MacBook Air with the latest update. I
am trying to ween myself off my 5 year old plus 12” MacBook, on which I have no
problem with KeyChain I simply do not understand My my new MacBook Air does not
let have access to KeyChain. I even tried taking my MacBook 12” off iCloud and
no change.
