Thanks for suggesting enabling Ubuntu classic mode to install debs. I most 
certainly haven't thought of that! I don't mean to be provocative, but aside 
from debian and ubuntu having differing philosophies, what are the very 
apparent pros and cons of a 

- Ubuntu core + snaps via classic mode
- Debian + snaps via snap
