WHY WE CAN'T WAIT It's been way too long since we've seen Ford, so memorable as Corky Sherwood on "Murphy Brown," deliver a killer punchline. And no, "The Norm Show" doesn't count. WHY WE'RE HOOKED Unlike Kathie Lee Gifford, Ripa has never ceased to be a wry and witty counterpart to ornery Regis Philbin on their syndicated talker. Given the chance to parody her soapy past, she's guaranteed to steal the show. |
