I guess... I didn't expect her to say the girls name 4-6 times in the pre trial... or mention how she may have had sex three times in three days or whatever. I guess I was hoping that all the blows, on either side, would at least be above the belt. The judge is going to have to get control of this thing. If the defense can't conduct themselves in a civilized court room manner.... How the heck am I going to defend *them* when Jackie gets on a rant? <G>
