A former CO prosecutor said that in all other CO rape trials
*EXCEPT* this one the accuser's name is used in all hearings and all
trials. This judge ordered the defense to use only initials just minutes
before the hearing began. That shed a different light on her usage of
the name in the hearing, doesn't it?
Also the defense is doing something unheard of, they are calling
a witness today. Apparently there was a witness that allegedly casts
doubt on the woman's story. My what a tangled web we are
weaving.
