I said CO trials...Smith was tried in FL
where it isn't allowed. According to the CO prosecutor that it is normal
in CO trials. This particular trial is an exception to the way they
*normally* do it. I don't know where Tyson was tried. I know in Ohio
it wouldn't be legal because I read an article on it.

A former CO prosecutor said that in all other CO rape trials *EXCEPT* this one the accuser's name is used in all hearings and all trials. This judge ordered the defense to use only initials just minutes before the hearing began. That shed a different light on her usage of the name in the hearing, doesn't it?
i dont think they used the girls name in the william kennedy smith trial or mike tysons. did they?
