I said CO trials...Smith was tried in FL where it isn't allowed.  According to the CO prosecutor that it is normal in CO trials.  This particular trial is an exception to the way they *normally* do it.  I don't know where Tyson was tried.  I know in Ohio it wouldn't be legal because I read an article on it.
