Because I know for a fact my
sister calls in.
Maybe her equipment is
older?
Actually, she's had it for
several years. But her hubby signed on for a 2 year service plan that is due up
soon. I'll have to ask her again.

Actually I order mine from my remote too. I just had to block my kids
from being able to do it.
I am counting channels. We
have hundreds....
Oh and I just press a
button to order PPV and VOD. You all have to drag yourselves over to the
phone and then call the company to order it.

900 sometimes, there sure aren't that many
channels.
