Use either address freely. You may wish to use each.
Bill has the list working, and says:

I have a big data pipe. I subscribed so that I can personally keep an eye
on any problems that may crop up and I would prefer to see LOT's of emails
instead of none.
So, make mail as normal. Note that I will be gone after 5pm
today. I may, or may not, have time to access email while I'm gone.
If the problem recurs at 7am tomorrow just continue to use the yahoogroups
address. Bill will notice it when no mail comes through.
Note to Bill: No mail in this group for over 30 minutes is a
pretty likely indication of a problem, so you may want to send a test mail if
you notice it.
