#3 Ashton Kutcher

Hollywoods hottest new party boy, Ashton Kutcher, made headlines all year. In addition to being the life of nearly every social engagement, Kutchers romantic entanglements were the talk of the tabloids. First, he was seriously involved with "Just Married" co-star Brittany Murphy; then he got serious with one of Hollywood's hottest comebacks, Demi Moore, who is 15 years his senior. While the happy couple made the media rounds, Kutcher also debuted his prank show on MTV, coining the term "Punk'd," and ticking off (as well as entertaining) all sorts of fellow celebrities. As if that weren't enough, Kutcher also beat out Britain's Prince William to top People magazine's list of hottest bachelors. Kutcher has several movies in the works, including a serious drama, but will continue to play the goofy, hunky Kelso on "That '70s Show," the TV sitcom that got him noticed in the first place.
