Could the former Vermont governor and physician have a Schwarzenegger advantage? Before his entry into public office, might Howard Dean have been a movie actor?
You see, Howard Dean is listed in the cast of "Ninja III: The Domination," an obscure 1984 flick about an aerobics instructor possessed by a ninja spirit. Internet Movie Database lists his only other acting credit as "K-Street," George Clooney's failed TV series, "playing 'Himself' (as Gov. Howard Dean)."
According to a spokesman, the Democrat front-runner denies that he's one and the same as the Hollywood Howard.
The Left Coast Report thinks that it might be good political strategy for Dean to lay claim to the role. Then Dick Gephardt could try pawning himself off as the original Opie. Joe Lieberman could convince Penn that he's the real Teller. And John Kerry could swear that he starred in "American Gigolo."
