Ah, that's probably it, since one of our Internet circuits is with Sprint,
as well, so the traffic would have been prioritized over the Sprint network.

Since we're both up at this insane hour. Would you mind making a test?
I've just shut down the Sprint line - so we're running through Savvis exclusively. If I'm right about the connectivity issue then you should be able to get a good download. Would you give that a shot for me and tell me the stats when you're done?
