Well, didtheyreadit is not actually spam. It's an annoyance. (it's a service supposed to alert the sender of the email when the recipient has read the message, and how many times...)

I'm guessing that there isn't a rule since this message made it to the
list and I don't recall it being anywhere.

We can certainly add a rule (white or black) upon request for any
registered rulebase.
