We should expect a marked improvement in FP processing as soon as our
new folks come on line in the next 2 months. We should see some
incremental improvements much sooner once I can put some critical
ongoing tasks to bed and reorder my schedule a bit.

The current goal is a maximum 24 hour response. I admit we're not
hitting that right now, regrettably and unavoidably, but I am
confident this can be addressed to some extent in the short term and
certain it will be handled once our additional staff is up and
running.
