This seems very usual -- the spam you are describing are very well captured according to what we're seeing in our spamtraps, though they do occasionally start a new campaign that gets by for a short time. I know from spam that goes to our false@ address that the obfuscated pharmacy word spam is generally captured by 3 or more (often 6 or more) rules per message. If you are seeing a lot of these get through then we should look for a problem on your system. Is your rulebase file up to date? Do you have errors in your SNF log? Is there some other mechanism that might allow messages to pass even when SNF tags them? Please follow up with me by replying to our support@ address and we'll look for a cause.
