Hi Message Sniffer folks,
Over the past few days we've refactored the databases we use to manage
our rulebase.
As of about 1600e you should notice that all of the rule IDs in your
system are significantly smaller and completely different.
Unfortunately, during the transition there were several unforeseen
problems that introduced delays and other disruptions.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
All is well now.
