Did you try WSDLCompiler from WASP?
It is able to generate Java and JavaScript code
from WSDL 1.1 and it is tested on huge amount of wsdl documents.
The newest version is on http://www.idoox.com/eap/wasp/index.html.
Next release is planned to 31.8.
