Yes,
it's only a VB.NET thing, although it does appear to be exstensible via it's
/language parameter, hmm... I wonder!
/language:<language>
The language to use for the generated proxy class. Choose from 'CS', 'VB', 'JS' or provide a fully-qualified name for a class implementing System.CodeDom.Compiler.CodeDomProvider. The default is 'CS' (CSharp). I
also keeping an eye on this new Visual Studio wizard on
the Microsoft site...
