a simple question

hi,
        I have a question about the soap.
        I use the Tomcat and Xerces. And I have programmed my client with Java.
        I deployed the soap server with the soap administration.
        Does I have to write the DeploymentDescriptor.xml file if I have deployed the 
soap server with the soap administration?If does, is there some tools to generate it 
automatically?
