Is Castle Creations out of business? I sent a speed control back for repair nearly three months ago. I have spoken to this company several times both by phone and e-mail. They have repeatedly promised they were sending back my repaired unit but it has never arrived. I've already invested more time and phone calls than it should take to resolve such an easy problem. Now, my e-mails and phone calls go unanswered. Have they closed their doors or is their customer service always this unresponsive? Any information will be appreciated.
