Well, OK, you asked.

Don't limit size of plane or the materials of which it is made.

Don't limit the computerized functionality of the radios.

Don't eliminate V-tails or flying wings because they don't have 
conventional rudders and elevators.

Don't limit the number of servos.

Don't go to a RE only.   We gotta get the planes down, sometimes in pretty 
tight fields.

The spoilers should be such that roll control is not possible.  Spoilers 
should not enhance lift, i.e. no flaps or flap-like appendages.
