I think, before we bag on him, we all need to walk, at LEAST, a mile or
two in Sal's shoes (or Robin Lehman's, Karlton Spindle's, Ed Slegers',
Ray Hays', Charlie Richardson's, Ed Whyte's, Taylor Collins', Steve
Works', Bob Sliff's, et al, ad finitum)(my appologies to everyone I left
out).
I admit I am guilty-as-charged for acting like a putz to one or more of
these guys in the past, but the older I get the wiser I get. All of
these guys are consumers, too. They know what great service is and what
defines great products; they strive to deliver just that...They also
know what a crappy customers is; they stay in business and deal with us
anyway.
Without folks like Sal, we'd all be flying powered birds, if anything at
all.
