Bill, That story makes me even more eager to get it going. I hate to admit it, but it will be my 1st 4 servo wing and my 1st few winch launches with it will put me over my 1st 10 winch launches! I'm a competent pilot with fast aerobatic, 3D, DLG's, park fliers, pylon racers, rocket boosted gliders, helis, electric duration gliders, various slopers, etc, but I've never flown medium to larger gliders... Should be fun.
I got the wing servos and horns mounted yesterday and got the transmitter programmed up. Tonight was mounting the wing and tail. Tomorrow's the tail servos/linkages and towhook. I'm trying to get it flying to go push it around in a local contest this weekend... I won't do well, but I'll learn bunches! Greg in Minneapolis -----Original Message----- Hey I had one of those! I love that thin, low aspect ratio wing with those huge flaps. <SNIP> I looked for the rest of that day, and most of the next. A farmer found it a year later. Bummer. I liked that thin, low aspect ratio wing and those nice big flaps. I don't suppose anyone has one in a box just sorta lying about.... RCSE-List facilities provided by Model Airplane News.
