All pins that I know of are .0625 or 1/16" diameter.  You can get a .059
drill bit.  I think it's a #47.  This will give you .005 undersize.  This
works perfect if you have carbon on FG control horns.  They are tough to get
started the first time, but by moving the clevis up and down it will loosen
the hole fit a little.  If you spend 3 minutes doing this, you'll have an
almost perfect fit.  Once it starts getting loose, which takes about a year
of flying, you can put the thin CA on like the others mentioned.  The
control horns I sell have a .059 hole in them.  gv
