Terry I have my 50 mhz on both my carbon planes running out a hoe on the sides and then taped to the bottom of the fuse and I get good range checks. On my XPro I added 18 inches to the antenna and it works with no problems. It was added because I exited 3 inches behind the tow hook.This is with the 770 receiver. Range inside the fuse about 10 paces. Not good.
