Yesterday I noticed that my quite old McCann turnaround had seized up. I took it apart and found some metal parts had disintegrated rendering it inoperable. I sent off an email to Tim enquiring if I could buy a new roller and bearings or if I should get a new turnaround.
Less than an hour later he responded that the parts would be in the mail on Monday at no charge, and asked if I could send him back the failed parts for analysis. He said he hadn't seen one fail yet and wanted to see what happened. I had no expectation of even a discount on such an old and well used item, and was blown away at his service. Thanks Tim...
